Bad Pool Header Error - Please Help RRS feed

  • Question

  • After upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7, my computer keeps crashing at least once per day (sometimes more) with an error messaging indicating a Bad Pool Header. I have been unable to fix it. I tried to link the DMP file, but it says I can't unless my account is verified. Please help.

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

If you are being told you cant post a link, or embed a picture (or any other restriction) you just need to post to this thread saying your account has not been validated

Look for the verify your account thread that is stuck to the top of the page.

  • Hi,

We wonder if there is any luck your issue has been resolved, if you've found solution by yourself. We would appreciate it if you could share with us and we will mark it as answer.

If you account cannot post link yet, you could use Hxxp instead of http so forum won't recognize it as a link.

    Regards,

    D. Wu
