  • From DSA.MSC reset the password for the "MyBusiness>Users>SBSUsers>Windows SBS Internet Web site Account" user account to a complex password.

Sync the password for domain\spwebapp from elevated SharePoint 2010 Management Shell:
        Set-SPManagedAccount -UseExistingPassword -Identity domain\spwebapp

    Provide password from step 1.

Run repair to verify that passwords are synced:
        Repair-SPManagedAccountDeployment

    IISreset /noforce

  • Go into IIS Manager, expand Application Pools. Are all the app pools started?  IF you start them, and go to Companyweb, do they stay started?  IF you change the ones that are not startigins identity form servername\username to Network Service, do they stay started?

  • Hi Mapi_jeremy,

SBS  Sharepoint Apppool when started stops automatically after a while.

other app pools are already started and running. companyweb and sharepoint central administration is started mode always.

    thanks.
