Exchange account no longer syncing automatically RRS feed

  • On my windows 10 mobile (Nokia Lumia 830) I noticed some time ago that my exchange account (2013 on Prem) no longer syncs automatically, only way I see new mail is to hit the manual sync button.  Doesn't matter if I set it to as items arrive, 15 minutes or every 30 minutes. I have 2 Hotmail accounts on the phone that both sync automatically just fine. I've tried removing and re-adding the account, app is up to date. Next is to try wiping the phone but I think I already tried that some time ago. Any suggestions? I'm one of the admins for the exchange server, could it be something server side?
