    how do I shut my curser off to see if that fixes the jumping around of my curser?

    Thank you for your question.

    Did you mean curser of mouse?

    Please tell us more details about the jumping around of curser.

    I am sorry that we could not shutdown the curser by default.  As you said we could refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Unplug the mouse to check if the curser jump 
    2. Please check if there are some processers in task manager with higher recourse usage 
    3. Do a clean boot: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
