Computer Hardware - Windows 10 Compatibility Check Tool RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Is there a standalone tool that I can download and run to check if a PC’s hardware is compatible to run ‘Windows 10 Enterprise V1809 (32-bit or 64-bit)’?

    Kind regards,

    Glen

  • There is no standalone tools but as long as system meet hardware requirement , it could install Windows 10. When you run Windows 10 installer file, then it will check for compatibility issues.

  • Hi,

A tool to do ‘Windows 10 compatibility check’ is no longer officially available.

Once you check the system requirements and ensure that your PC is compatible with the minimum requirements, you should be fine to go ahead and try to upgrade.

Also, you can find Windows 10 Computer Specifications & Systems Requirements here:

    Best Regards,

    Farena
