  • Hi ,

Please try to export the following registry from another working Windows 7 machine and import it to check the result.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\PlugPlay

Before modify the registry keys, please take a backup of the key. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, please click the following link to view the article:

  • I tried this fix as well and I am still getting the error message

"Device is not present, not working properly or does not have all of it's drivers installed"

    Root\Legacy_LSNFD\0000

    Any other options?

    Thanks
