    If the license is purchased from 3rd party provider/retailer, it is recommended to contact the provider/retailer and confirm with them about the details.

    If your product key is scratched, blurred, or otherwise unusable, contact the retailer. If you aren't able to get help from your retailer who sold you the product, call Microsoft Support:

  • Hello,

    Are you sure the website or third-party seller is an authorized reseller? You may contact them and see if they could offer an assistance. Also run slmgr /dlv command and press Enter key. Notice the Product Key Channel section in Windows Script Host box and let us know what it mentions.
