  • Question

  • Where is the list of programs gone to from the start menu. Is this something broken or a new feature?

  • Hi,

I suggest you ask over at the Windows 10 Insiders forum:

Windows 10 IT Pro > Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds

  • Hi Dark_Comet,

I'm not sure if it is a bug or a new feature.
But I guess it's a new specification, because [Start] shows the list of programs on the right side as default.

Here's my [Start] menu... Japanese version of Windows 10.

  • This still remains after Build turns to 19002.1001.
I've changed my opinion: this is a bug, and Windows 10 version 1909 (19H2) should show All Programs in [Start].

  • Windows 10 20H1 Build 19002 is the Inside Preview version, it will be modified and optimized many times before officially release, if you find out some potential issue, please feedback directly via built-in Feedback Hub app.
