  • I have just bought a new computer with windows 7.  I bought Microsoft Office on ebay yesterday and this morning I have 750 emails all selling something fraudulent on ebay.  I must change my passwords quickly including ebay and pay pal.  etc

  • Yes good idea to change your passwords every so often. Better still if you are using using Windows mail or Outlook express and your server is Hotmail access your Hotmail Page and change your settings. On the Hotmail page top right click Options then click More Options. Under the heading Preventing junk email click Filters and reporting. Click Exclusive also click report junk, click save. What you choose is up to you but this is the best way to stop unwanted emails. You can also use the Safe and blocked senders option and many other options on that page. Under the heading Manage your account click Account details (passwords, aliases, time zone) this will take you to a page where you can change your password and even make it expire every 72 hours and many other settings too. Good Luck
