Getting back my administrator account RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello

My admin in my office want to connect my computer to a printer via wifi through a server domain, but in the process my windows 10 automatically create password for the administrator user in my computer with outlook account that I never created, and also create user account that is connected to the server with the password (that is the admin information and I am using it now to post this message)

How to gain access back to my computer administrator account that previously without password?

I have sent my request to reset my account to microsoft, and this is my other way to know may be there is another way to get my admin account back. I don't have backup cd to restore, and I don't have access to another important feature in windows so that I can use my administrator privilege because now i'm a regular user.

    thank you for your support

  • Hi,

Thanks for the detailed description of your scenario, I can understand current situation.

The situation you are facing is normal, when our computer join a domain, it can no longer use a blank password to login, of course, Microsoft account, local account with password and domain account are ok.

If you don’t want to use current Microsoft account or domain account which your office admin give you, you can use a local account instead it in account settings, but the local account still needs a password.

If you want to use a no-password administrator account, you need to leave server domain.

    Regards
