error 3259 on itunes

    Question

  • I keep getting an error message when trying to download update for iphone in itunes. It gives me error message 3259 and tells me that I need to change setting of firewalls. I removed both and it still gives me the error. Then when going through everything, it refers me to microsoft. I really didn't know where to go next but wondering if anyone can help me?

    Thanks

    Tara
