Booting Windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit RRS feed

  • 2 of my computers give me a Code 5 unable to boot cd with these disks.  Is it because they are too old?

  • Which program did you use for burning the DVD? It is better to user Windows Vista build-in tool to burn the DVD.

    However, the situation is different if your motherboard was from AsRock or MSI, etc. The following website can be referred.

  • Is the drive you are trying to boot from a CD drive or a DVD drive?


    Asus P5Q3 Deluxe WiFi, Intel E8500 processor, 4gb DDR3 Gskill, Evga Nvidia Geforce 9800GT 512mb, onboard Marvel lan, onboard Ralink Wifi, Onboard Soundmax, 1 500gb Sata 2 hard drive, 1 sata DVD drive. Win Bus 64, Win 7 64, Mac os x 10.5.7
