External HDD turn off.

Hello.
When I plugged my external HDD to USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 then sometimes it turned off. I reinstalled motherboard USB driver but problem exist. Windows Event Viewer show below error:

Hi,
Please check the device manager\USB driver\Properties\Power management, and make sure the box "Allow Computer to Turn Off This Device to Save Power" is not ticked.
