problem with two monitors

  • connected 2 monitors (the first through the d-sub, the second through the dvi-d-sub), Windows sees the 2 monitors and operates in the "Extend my Windows desktop onto this screen" but the second monitor is always on standby.
If you turn on the computer with dual monitor and then connect the first, then everything works fine.
How can I solve this problem and every time distort the wire when you reboot or switch is not convenient

  • It is most likely a hardware issue of the DVI to D-SUB switch. The signal that is received from the switch is not strong enough. How does it work if you set the second to be the First monitor and turn off the other monitor? If it does not work either, we may consider to change the switch.

However, if it works when you only use the DVI to D-SUB monitor, I suspect that the driver that only partly supports Windows 7. Because it is not WDDM 1.1 driver. We may need to wait NVIDIA to release new drivers for Windows 7.
