  • Hi, Ed1995,

Could you upload a screenshot of the page of inserting web part? Is the media and content category unavailable? Or you cannot see the media web part?

Do you set the admin center like this?

Please use the PowerShell Command below to enable custom script on single site collection with immediate effect.

$adminUPN="<the full email address of a SharePoint administrator account, example: jdoe@contosotoycompany.onmicrosoft.com>"

$orgName="<name of your Office 365 organization, example: contosotoycompany>"

    $userCredential = Get-Credential -UserName $adminUPN -Message "Type the password."

    Connect-SPOService -Url https://$orgName-admin.sharepoint.com -Credential $userCredential

    Set-SPOsite <SiteURL> -DenyAddAndCustomizePages 0

If you cannot find a certain web part, then go site setting> web parts> find the web parts you want to add, make sure it has been shared with you.

    Best Regards

    Jerry Xu
