VPN connection unable to connect RRS feed

  • Question

  • I set up a VPN connection while using Windows 7, but I cannot connect to my workplace using it. Can someone suggest what I need to to to correct this problem? I have set up the same VPN using Windows Vista 64 bit, and I can connect every time that I try to.

  • 1. Is there any third-party anti-virus/firewall software running on the Win7 machine? If yes, please temporary uninstall these software.

    2. Please also disable "Windows Firewall":

In "Control Panel", double-click "Windows Firewall". In the left panel, click "Turn Windows Firewall on or off". Select "Turn off Windows Firewall" in the three location settins
