Hi,
Regarding result code 0x6. In fact, this result code means client is not found in Kerberos database. It is a bad username. In the user account field,. it shows the user name is name@emaildomain.com, and the client address is ffff:10.0.35.69.
1.Is there any error which is related to our issue and occurs at the same time existing in the Security log?
2.Does the user has any problem to login Windows system? Which account the client used to login windows system, UPN or domain\username?
3. If we login outlook again, will the same error occurs?
Best Regards,
Alvin Wang
