  • Hi bertichram,

How did you know the crash is caused by these 2 drivers?

Do you mean there're two exlamation mark in your Device Manager?

Microsoft ISATAP is a IPv6 related component. The driver for it can be reinstalled via Device Manager - Action - Add legacy hardware.

And Teredo is a new technology which is used to send IPv4 encapsulated IPv6 packets across the network. If you don't use IPv6, I suggest you disable it. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929852

Then check if the issue persists.

    Regards,

    Miya
