    From your post, I know that you would like to remove password screen when starting up Windows 7.

    You can follow these steps to remove it:

    1. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety, clicking User Account.
    2. Click Remove your password.

    type in : NETPLWIZ
    Remove check under the user account you use

  • User Accounts link.

     Click the Remove your password link.

         -In the text box on the next screen, enter your current password.

     Click the Remove Password button 

     Restart Computer and new settings will be set
