For Christmas I received a new PC running Windows 7. The speakers I had configured (and worked perfectly) as 5.1 in Vista will not configure in 7. I'm sure it's something I am doing wrong, but for the life of me, I don't know what it is. Can anyone help - PLEASE???
Please download the latest audio driver which is compatible with Windows 7 and see if the issue can be resolved. Once the latest driver is installed, please check if the sound setting is correctly set to 5.1.
However, if the audio driver for Windows 7 is not available, you can install the driver Windows Vista in the compatibility mode as a workaround.
