My compuer could pick up and connect to wireless internet up until a week or so ago. Now it won't.
When I checked why I got this Network Diagnistics error message: Realtek 8185 is experiencing driver or hardware related issues.
When I checked the devices properties it said 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.(39)'
How can I fix this?
You need to go to the Realtek support website and download/install the latest driver for that device.
Here is a link for your convenience.
Realtek Driver Downloads: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=1&PFid=1&Level=6&Conn=5&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true#351
Hope this helps.
