  • The Stop 0x3B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
According to the documentation provided by Microsoft, this error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code; the first parameter value (00000000C0000005) seems to indicate that an access violation occurred.

Download and run the program that you find at the following web address

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

It will scan your hard disk and locate all the crash dump files, collecting informations about the modules involved in the crash.
Post more details here, so we can try to understand the reasons of the crash and try to find a solution.

    Bye.

  • Hi,

You could upload the blue screen dumps (C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump.dmp) in forum, maybe we can find some useful clues.

  • Hi,

You could refer to this following link to learn how to upload files in TechNet forum:

Use SkyDrive to upload collected files and post screen shot/picture.

  • I got the same notification with different BCP 2 & 3 values ( BCP2:  FFFFF880044C6790        BCP3:  FFFFF88007B763B0)  Product:   768_1

So I installed and ran the above app and I am posting the dump file and the associate files below. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to figure out whether it's just a Windows wonkiness fault or if I have some sort of infection.

I'm running Win7 Home on a Dell Inspiron N5010 with an i3 M350 with 4Gb. I am not sure if it was related, but I was viewing a PDF in FF6 when I got the BSOD.

I don't know why MS doesn't do away with BSODs on the front end anyways. They don't stick around long enough and make no sense to anyone non-tech and are just scary stuff! From BlueScreenView:

    Bye.
