  • Hi,

    1. I did some research and find this thread may be helpful to you to migrate from IBM Domino to Exchange: IBM Domino to Exchange 2013 Migration question

    2. Yes, you can use TLS to protect SMTP traffic on Exchange servers. We have to use connectors to enable incoming and outgoing mail flow on Exchange servers, and also between services in the transport pipeline on the local Exchange server. For reference: Connectors

    3. Yes, administrators with permissions can create and configure distribution groups that uses recipient filters and conditions to derive its membership at the time messages are sent.

    4. Yes, you can create an accepted domain and email address policy to use more than one smtp email address.

    5. You have to use third-party tool to convert .nsf file to .pst file to check these archive emails in Outlook. Also, you can try to archive IBM Domino email to .csv files, Outlook is supported to import and check .csv files.
