Recently installed a 3DSP WLAN/Bluetooth board into my Acer Aspire One. Windows XP installed a driver (3DSP Wireless 802.11 B+G USB Adapter) that worked fine for the product. But, Windows 7 RC1 can't seem to find a driver. Device manager indicates Other devices, WiFi USB Dongle, but can't locate a driver to associate with the hardware. How can I get a copy of the Windows XP or Vista 32 bit driver set for this so I can attempt to directly install the drivers in Windows 7? The file XP installed was wlusb50.sys. I have tried installling the vendor SW in Vista mode, and no luck. It installs the Bluetooth driver, but not thw WLAN. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
3DSP.com.cn now has beta drivers for Windows 7 32 bit and this chipset (BlueW2310U). Installed Win 7 Enterprise today and tried them out, and they work fine. Driver package has a trial version of BlueSoleil which is good for 15 days and 2mB max file transfer size. Guess I will have to buy after installing Win 7 Home Premium when it arrives in October.
