Did anybody buy their systems from Best Buy? Did Geek Squad install your software? I have been on this forum and many others and have not been able to resolve my problem. I am beginning to think that it has something to do with how and what GEEK SQUAD installed on my laptop. My system is 3 months old. For the last week I have not been able to use it. I called GEEK SQUAD and they want $70.00 just to look at it ($170 to come to my house). Is this a software or hardware problem? I have tried to boot to the Windows DVD, no luck, tried safe mode ,no luck, boot to cd rom, no luck. Windows Vista 64bit Service pack 1 Intel 2.1 Core 2 Duo 4 gig ram
