Windows Backup and Restore -shows G drive as disconnected when it is not. RRS feed

    When go into Backup and Restoer shows external G drive as disconnected, although I was able to do a system backup to the G drive and have confirmed that the backup is there. Have done the usual reboot, disconnect and reconnect. In all other respects the G drive is fully accessible.

    Even though it showed disconnected I was able to run the backup from the Backup and Restore window and after it finished the drive then showed as connected.
