unable to take RDP of machine machine RRS feed

  • afte windows 7 OSD unable to take RDP of machine machine is pining, telnet RDP port is open, not sure still unbale to take RDP access any idea what could be the issue and needs any patch needs to installed?

    Thanks for your post in our forum.

    As your description, you cannot RDP to other machines on the windows 7 OSD machine, and you can ping the target IP and telnet the port 3389 of the target machine. If I  misunderstood, please feel free to contact us.

    Did this issue only happen on one target machine when you use RDP on windows 7 OSD, or just one machine? 

    As I know, if you want to use RDP to connect to the target machine, you need enable remote desktop on it.

    And, the user should be in the group: Remote Desktop Users on the target machine.

    Finally, make sure that the Remote Desktop Services service is running both on your Windows 7 and target machine.
