Sounds like a remaining bits and pieces of a virus infection.
Go and delete that file, and then go to Start, and type in "msconfig" when it loads on the top pick the "startup" tab and look for that file. Uncheck it and press OK. Restart your computer and you should be fine.
You also might want to run a full virus check again to make sure everything is eliminated.
