now if i give full permission to users of zzz.exe file and it works when user (without admin rights).
Like to shim this software, so which compatibility fixes i can apply. i had tried localMappedobject and give path to this file, didn't work.

I have tried to run as administrator or run as xp mode. no luck.

    thanks in advance

  • Hi,

From your description, the zzz.exe application’s issue should be more related to the incorrect permission not compatibility. For this type problem, please configure the correct permission of the user account.

If some applications can run properly in the previous system but failed in Windows 7, it is the compatibility issue. We can try to launch it as compatibility mode or test it in XP Mode.

  • Hi All,

I m also facing same issue as mentioned trail content.

monitored the event logs and found bellow exception

"Faulting application tomcat6.exe, version 1.0.7.0, time stamp 0x4e3782e1, faulting module msorcl32.dll_unloaded, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4791a6fb, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x671d0c3b, process id 0x3138, application"

"Disabled performance counter data collection from the "ASP" service because the performance counter library for that service has generated one or more errors. The errors that forced this action have been written to the application event log. Correct the errors before enabling the performance counters for this service.

The Collect Procedure for the "ASP" service in DLL "C:\Windows\system32\aspperf.dll" generated an exception or returned an invalid status. The performance data returned by the counter DLL will not be returned in the Perf Data Block. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the exception code or status code.

Automatic certificate enrollment for (Domain user name) failed (0x80072095) A directory service error has occurred.

Please suggest us to resolve this issue ASAP.
