  • Log in as admin, but unable to delete/take ownership of 11 keys that I know of (mostly magicjack keys). How can an admin not be able to accomplish this?

  • Hi,

Please provide more information, for instance, the path of these keys and the error message. I will take a look on my personal computer.

Also, please Click the Advanced button to take the ownership first, then change the permission.

In addition, I want to know whay you need to delete the keys. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. So I do not recommend to randomly delete the keys of registry.

Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”
