  • Hi jilian2019.

    The exception code "0xc0000005" indicates a memory access violation: the process has tried to access memory locations it was not allowed toe, thus the error occurred.
    I'd suggest you to contact the application's developer and ask for assistance.

    Please run sfc /scannow command to check if any corrupted system files.

    If it doesn’t work, reinstall the application or contact the app support.
