  • Running window 7, 32BIT - top of error box "rundlll32.exe - Application Error -

    how do i get rid of this error so i can make some changes to my computer,

    anything i click on in "Internet Options" i get this "The application was unable, ect.

    please help - i know there are some computer "Wizards" out there...thanks for

    your help - please post if your know the solution...don't make me have to figure

    this one out - because i will!!!  Jeffjwp (Computer Wizard).  Thanks again.

  • There are no good solution if you do not find the root cause. First you can try to restore the system and see if it can resolve the issue. If it does not help, troubleshoot in Clean Boot Mode.

  • I am also experiencing the similar problem as above mentioned. I can’ access dives, internet, any applications and HP support due the virus. I appreciate if you can send ma a solution quickly.
