  • HI

Restart virtual disk service on win7 then try to use diskpart cmd to format your 16G usb(my example is to format my 2GB usb disk). or can you format your 16 GB usb in disk management on other computer ?

  • DiskPart in cmd is ok,but try run,type: diskmgmt.msc in msc,locate the drive/R.click/delete partition/R.click/create one/format.Format in NTFS instead of FAT32.Once thru/L.click on drive,go up to Actions/All/Make Active.
