Error code 0x204 using remote desktop on a mac RRS feed

  •  I had no problems with my set up.  I ran remote desktop for 2 days and now I can't connect.  I'm getting this 0x204 error code.  Please help

    Firstly, please check the connection of remote desktop. 

    Could you ping the remote desktop?

  • Hi, same issue here:

    It worked flawlessly for a long time, but after 'downgrading' to Catalina, the error code occurs on all RDP sessions.

    Problem seems to be a Mac/OSX issue (in my case, that is), perhaps some authorization detail?

    Big fan of OSX, but Catalina and I seem less and less to get along...

  • Hi,

    In my case, it was the fact that i was trying to connect to a Win server (TS) that was using a LoadBalance Service.

    If the server you are trying to connect to is using the "Load Balancing" service, this does not work.

    I created another TS on wich there is no LB and it works. You can also use another serveur to connect to like a Gateway server, the LB service is not running on it, i think.

    I hope it wil help some of you.
