  • Hi,

    Bug Check 0xFE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

This indicates that an error has occurred in a universal serial bus (USB) driver.

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff560407(v=VS.85).aspx

Parameter 1 and Parameter 2 mean this problem is caused by Fatal time-out.  Parameter 3 means “Timed out waiting for the hub to resume from selective suspend.”

Please try following steps to fix the problem:

    1.       Check the computer or motherboard manufacturer’s website for updated system firmware.

    2.       Upgrade the firmware and derivers of all USB devices attached to the computer.

    3.       Verify the all hardware is compatible with Windows 7.

    4.       Remove USB device and external hubs one-by-one, and determine whether the error reoccurs. If the stop error does not reoccur when a specific device is not attached, the device might be malfunctioning or it might not be compatible with Windows 7.Contact the device manufacturer for additional support.

If the issue persists, please compress the files in the path of C:\Windows\Minidump\, upload the files via SkyDrive and post a link here. We should further research the problem with the mini dump file.
