Answers

  • Hello

1/ Check your type of WIFI encryption ?

    Perhaps your laptop doesn't support WPA, WPA-SK, WPA2 ?

2/ Try to connect on access point with WEP (modify the type of Encryption on your Access point)

3/ If WEP is running, try on WPA with a simple Key.

You can generate a key on this site http://www.yellowpipe.com/yis/tools/WPA_key/generator.php

4/ Continue to increase the encryption step by step.

    Regards

    Eric

  • Hi,

Also, please make sure the connection SSID and the password are correct. You may type the password in Notepad and paste it in Network Security Key dialog for a test.
