Windows 10 Event Viewer Error ID 328, Unable to determine packages to be installed during logon with error 0x800401F RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I made a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, version 1903 (OS build 18362.356).  I'm getting the following error

    I have no problem installing or updating store apps.

  • Hi,

    You can try uninstalling and re-registering Windows Installer.

    1. Click “Run:” in the “Start” menu.
    2. In the “Open” box, type “msiexec /unreg”, then press ENTER.
    3. Click “Run” in the “Start” menu.
    4. In the “Open” box, type “msiexec /regserver”, then press ENTER.
