Multipage scans with Windows fax and scan

    Question

  • I have a printer that also serves as a scanner. Using Windows fax and scan I don't see how to scan a multipage document into one file. Each time I click on "new scan" it sets up a separate file. It doesn't tell me how to add a page to my first scan so I will be able to have only one file with many pages scanned in it. Can you help? Thanks, kazzole

  • If you're using a scanner with a document feeder, you can scan multiple pages of a document  and save them as a single file by choosing TIF Image in the File type list.

    Bye.

  • How about if I am using a flatbed scanner (no document feeder)?

  • These instructions do not help. The exact same happens.  Please ! What EXACTLY do you do once you have completed the first scan ?
