Hello! I seem to be experiencing BSOD issues lately RRS feed

  • Question

  • The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffe844a08b830, 0xfffffe844a08b788, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 629da202-4cc3-4bb8-ac05-caa478689cd0.

    this is the message I got - Im sure that I will need to upload the issue files but I'm uncertain as to where I can locate these.
    any help is greatly appreciated -

  • Hi Sticknrudder.

    The 0x00000139 (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE) bug check indicates that the kernel has detected the corruption of a critical data structure.
    Upload the MEMORY.DMP file stored in the C:\Windows folder to your OneDrive, make it publicly available and post the URL here, so we can try to analyze it and try to suggest a solution.

    Try to boot your computer into Safe Mode and Clean Boot environment to check if the issue persists. 

    Here is a similar thread with same issue, please refer to the marked answer and check on your side.
