I have a Hp pavilion only a few months old, it worked fine until recently now I’m getting random blue screens followed by a reboot and bccodes the most common one I
get is bccode: 50 but have also had bccode 1e and 21, the machine has been returned to factory status with no software added at all just the printer driver for a hp c309a and mcafee antivirus, followed by the install of service pack one and all updates.
I'm guessing it’s one of the updates as it’s started again but I now need help. Also I have also tried updating the graphics driver directly from nvidia and all update
for the motherboard but nothing stops it...........
Can anyone help or point me in the correct direction Thanks Chris
