I am using windows XP.I am used to wacth,burn dvds and I am doing well.Lately, my dvd drive is not working as before. When I insert dvd or cd for that matter, it always says..please inser disk on E and I can not
go any further. I went to device manager,click dvd/cd, and it says the device is working well
I always use sonic pre installed in my pc to burn,erase,etc and i am doing well untill lately. I have faith in you sirs, to please help me. I need to heve this fix as I am doing to create a dvd for an important
event .I think I don't have service pack 3.... thanks
