Generic W10 Updates Question RRS feed

  • The wording on the official Windows 10 Specifications page has changed regarding updates.  It now says:

    • Windows 10 Home users will receive updates from Windows Update automatically when it’s available. Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise users will have the ability to postpone updates. The amount of time that Windows 10 Pro users can postpone updates is limited.

It no longer specifies the amount of time that Pro users can defer updates.  I'm dealing with an enterprise environment that unfortunately has a mix of Pro and Enterprise versions of XP, 7, 8 and 8.1, all updated through our WSUS server.  Obviously the XP machines are going to involve upgrade costs, but the others should be a free upgrade, except we need to be able to completely control updates through WSUS, not just defer them.  Our existing Enterprise licenses are fine, but if we have to upgrade all of our Pro licenses, that's another bundle of cash we really don't want to spend this year.

Can anybody tell me how long Pro updates can be deferred through WSUS?
