ox80070570 windows 7 error RRS feed

  • Hi Everyone

    I have got a Windows 7 image on the server which I use regularly in the school.  I have used the same image on several boxes and its fine but on a  particular box.  This image won't run on it and it always come back with 0x80075070 error.  I know this image is fine because when it failed on this machine, I put on another machine and it work ok and I tried it again on the first maching with the problem and it came with the same error message.

    Can anyone help please????????

  •  This could be due to some infected files that you might have saved in the "My Pictures" folder. This can also if you have any bad sector on the hard disk.

     

    1.       Have you made any recent change on the computer prior to this issue?

    2.       When do you get this error? Is it when you save the file from the “Save as” window?

     

    You may try these steps and check if that resolves the issue.

     

    Method 1: Delete the Library and then rebuild it again.

     

    Let’s, first delete the corrupted Library folders from the windows explorer and then we can rebuild the default libraries and check if that works. You may follow these steps and check if that resolves the issue.

     

    a.        Open the “File Explorer” on the desktop screen by clicking on the file icon at the taskbar.

    b.       Right click on Library items which you are unable to open and click on “Delete”.
