Missing MSVCP100.dll and MSVCR100.dll RRS feed

  • Question

  • Win10 64bit on new laptop. When I click the Office tile to start Office 365 get several error messages saying that MSVCR100.dll and MSVCP100.dll are missing.

Tried installing suggested Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) and restart with no success.

  • Hi,

Besides that, also please run SFC /Scannow command to repair the missing or corrupted system files:

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files
