  • Hi,

    I'm trying to subscribe to JMRP and SNDS, I'm following the steps in the wizard but I'm not receiving any email from microsoft for confirmation to register my ip's, what could be the issue?

  • Hi Tyler,

    I saw you saying in this thread that you have the same problem. And just as I replied, this question is more related to Outlook.com account but here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client, so it is suggested to post a new thread to the dedicated Answers community for outlook.com.
