  • Find hundreds of these in my system log.

    Any idea what they measn and how do I fix this/

  • Either your disk controller is faulty or your disk is on the way out. I would do this:

    1. Back up all data.
    2. Check on some other machine if the data can be read.
    3. Perform a full check disk (chkdsk /r).

    I suspected that may be the issue.

    Will do as you suggested. Running a complete system diagnostic right now. will do a back up and dskchk after that.
