On July 20, 2011 my IBM Lenovo xp professional computer with service pack 3 would not boot up normally to windows. The compute was shut down correctly. In either mode it boots only to the blue screen with the Windows XP logo in the center, but will
launch no further than that. Please advise. I have tried to run the installation CD, but it will not run on boot up, in either mode. I recently installed the beta version of Quickbooks 2012 (Blaze). I suspect the possibility of a virus take over of my
machine?
