Recently my Dell Inspiron 531/531s pc has stop connecting to the internet. When I run the diagnostics tool this message appears "plug a cable into the network adapter local area connection." I have tried using different cables, and they all work on a laptop,
but not on the pc. When the cable is plugged into the back of the pc the yellow and green lights light up. I tried updating the network drivers, i got them from here http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19 ,
but that does not seem to work. I tried almost everything i found on other threads but nothing seems to work or maybe i am doing something wrong. Please Help.
