Thanks for commenting. Yes, I saw that link but I don't see where it addresses this issue with regard to Windows 7. Seems to me it's speaking to other versions of Windows. Am I missing something?Carolyn Nolan
Try to use the "System update readiness tool" , it's a free tool that will help you to resolve this issue , install the tool and try to install the update again. it's available on this link:
