  • The best way is to go to another computer such as one in a library, etc. and save the IE setup file to your USB or email to your self (email if you have Outlook or something like that). At home, run the setup.

    Please open Programs and features, then click Turn Windows features on and off. Please make sure the Internet Explorer is checked.
